The UK business supplies its products through an established network of official trade and cleaning product distributors, creating a distinctive commercial model where success depends on developing the market, strengthening distributor relationships, growing product penetration and ensuring the business consistently delivers against customer and market requirements. The role: You will have the opportunity to shape the UK business across commercial strategy, distributor development, market growth, manufacturing performance, investment, supply chain and organisational capability, working alongside a European leadership team whilst retaining significant autonomy at UK level.
