Managing Director

Elan Executive Search is pround to be working exclusively with with Incap Electronics to support their recruitment of a Managing Director based at their site at Newcastle Under Lyme. 

The successful applicant will have -

·      Proven ability in an MD/Senior Director role
·      Previous P&L responsibility essential of circa £20m
·      Highly experienced in electronics sector
·      Highly skilled at developing and building a strong strategy for the UK
·      Ability to push company growth organically and through acquisitions
·      Develop and oversee an established SLT on site

Incap is part of a wider group with seven sites across the globe.  Reporting directly into the President and CEO, you will have the capability of making change whilst offering stability. The ability to grow the UK revenue is paramount including creating a progressive and forward thinking culture across the site. You will need to have strong stakeholder management skills aswell as strong business acumen.
