Managing Director

We are working with an industrial manufacturer based in Huntingdon who are looking for a Managing Director. This is a full-time, office based, permanent position. Key responsibilities will include:Defining and executing the company''s long-term strategyIdentify new market opportunities within the sectorManaging a small and diverse teamLead business planning, setting targets and conducting performance reviewsSupporting sales, marketing, and engineering teamsActing as a technical lead for product designEnsuring solutions meet customer specifications and industry standardsActing as a technical escalation point for customer requirements and bespoke projectsMonitoring market trends and competitor activityEnsuring health and safety policies and procedures are upheld across the businessThe successful candidate will have:Experience in a senior leadership or MD role within a technical B2B environmentTechnical background from working within a small to medium OEMExperience managing PandL and business performance metricsAbility to operate in a small business environment with ability to balance strategic and operational demandsExcellent interpersonal skillsDegree or qualification in engineering, preferably in Electronics or a related disciplineIf this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Jamie ASAP or apply via this advert!
