Role Overview

The successful candidate will take on increasing responsibility for the business, with guidance and support, and gradually assume full leadership. This is a hands-on role, blending operational oversight, design involvement, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development and execution of the company’s strategy and business growth.
- Overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery, on time and within budget.
- Providing technical design input, including HVAC system design and AutoCAD drawings.
- Assisting with financial management, including monitoring budgets, project costs, and profitability.
- Leading and mentoring a small team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business development.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety practices.

Candidate Profile

- Has a background in HVAC, air conditioning, or building services design and project management.
- Is proficient in AutoCAD and understands HVAC system design principles.
