Managing Director – The Role:

As Managing Director, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, performance, and operational efficiency of the business. Reporting to the board, your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, and leading the company through its transformation initiatives. Using your expertise in sales and marketing you will identify and capitalise on new opportunities for business expansion.

Managing Director – You:

- Led a business unit or operating entity within the construction sector

- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and business transformation

- Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability

- Experience managing teams across sales, operations and commercial functions

- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

- Financially literate with experience managing P&L at a senior level
