You will be responsible for the financial management, control, reporting, and performance analysis of three dealership sites. The role provides financial leadership and support to operational management teams, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and the delivery of key business objectives.The Regional Accountant will lead and develop a team of 4-5 finance professionals, drive financial performance, and act as a trusted business partner to General Managers and departmental leaders across the region.Sites include Kidlington, Swindon and Banbury. Our client is flexible on your location at the sites and will look to offer some Hybrid working. There is a great package on offer: Salary of up to 60,000 plus Car Plus 10% Bonus, OTE 66,000 depending on experience.
