Managing Director - Residential LettingsLocation: North West, UKSalary: 100,000 - 140,000 per annum We are delighted to be supporting our client, a rapidly growing property management and lettings business, in the appointment of a Managing Director.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader within residential lettings to take ownership of a well-established operation, driving strategic growth while overseeing the day-to-day running of the business.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sizeable portfolio of over 5,000 units, managing a team of 50+ staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to landlords and tenants alike. Reporting into the wider leadership team (COO, CFO, CEO), you will take full accountability for financial performance, operational delivery, and organisational development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the lettings and management business to ensure continued growth and successOversee all operational aspects including budgets, financial performance, and PandLManage and motivate a team of 50+ staff, including direct reportsAttract, retain, and develop high-performing talent across the organisationBuild strong relationships with the wider leadership team to align strategy and deliveryEnsure excellent service delivery and performance on behalf of landlords and tenantsCandidate ProfileMinimum 5 years'' experience at Managing Director levelAt least 10 years'' experience within residential lettings/property ..... full job details .....
