Responsibilities include overseeing asset condition surveys, building safety solutions, and safety testing, while ensuring high standards of client service and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement growth strategies for the assets and compliance teams.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.Lead operational delivery, setting service standards and KPIs.Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of performance and inclusion.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and industry standards.Collaborate across departments to support business growth and innovation.Candidate Requirements:
Deep knowledge of UK building management, compliance frameworks, and fire safety regulations.Degree in Building Surveying, Engineering, Fire Safety, or related fields.Strong financial acumen, including PandL management and contract performance.Leadership qualities with integrity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.Working Arrangements and Benefits:
