Managing Consultant - Risk Transformation

Fixed Term ContractAs a Managing Consultant at Delta Capita, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting activities related to evidencing and documenting compliance with Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRR) for the calculation and disclosure of Own Funds, Eligible Liabilities, and all RWA risk types. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep regulatory and risk expertise with strong consulting and client management skills.Overview

Client Delivery and Relationship ManagementLead the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects focused on regulatory compliance, capital, and risk management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk ExpertiseProvide credible functional experience across multiple 1LOD risk areas, including (but not limited to): Secured and Unsecured Credit Risk, Wholesale Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, and CVA.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Capital and RWA LRRs, including CRR, PRA Rulebook, and Supervisory Statements.

Apply analytical skills to assess and interpret complex financial and risk-related data, ensuring robust compliance and reporting standards.

Governance, Controls and Continuous ImprovementIdentify and mitigate risks, developing new frameworks and procedures to support the control and governance agenda.

Track deliverables to completion, proactively progressing actions and ensuring rigorous documentation and reporting.

Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement, enhancing methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and develop Delta Capita IP.

Qualifications

Proven consulting experience, or experience in project management/business analysis within Financial Services, ideally with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, audit, or controls.

Strong understanding of Financial Services products, lifecycle events, and regulatory frameworks.

Analytical skills to assess complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and convince at all levels.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting.
