This role will provide leadership across architecture, platform modernization, governance, migration strategy, and AI-readiness initiatives while engaging with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors. Key Responsibilities Own the target-state Knowledge Management architecture and platform strategy. Define future-state enterprise knowledge architecture and operating model. Lead architectural decisions across SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, LeanIX, and AI-enabled knowledge platforms. Establish semantic architecture, metadata strategy, taxonomy models, and governance frameworks. Define platform consolidation and modernization strategies. Lead technical and business assessments of current knowledge platforms. Create migration strategies, implementation roadmaps, and governance models.
