This is a strong opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys variety, client relationships, team leadership and the chance to work on high-profile projects across the UK.The role sits within an established Building Surveying team and offers exposure across retail, health, energy, commercial property, education and public sector projects. It would suit someone who is technically strong, commercially aware and confident, working closely with clients while supporting and developing more junior colleagues.You would be working alongside senior managers and leading multidisciplinary teams on refurbishment, improvement and modernisation projects.
