About the RoleTeam Manager, Vendor Consultants Team - RBS AVSAs a Vendor Consultants Manager in Retail Business Services (RBS), you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on the strategy for managing Amazon vendors.The RBS team is looking for a customer-centric, driven, and creative people leader to join our team. The role leads a team of Vendor Consultants responsible for managing business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon, ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction with the program through high service and operational standards. You will manage strategic joint business plans for Selling Partners across your team by collaborating with them to explore innovative operational improvement opportunities. You will interface internally with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for all operational aspects of the vendor’s business with Amazon. Your team will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.The candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement, and iterate data, processes, mechanisms, and guardrails to enhance the customer experience. They are business owners who understand key levers to drive growth and can operationalize those levers across their team. They have a passion for people leadership and excel at building, developing, and managing high-performing teams. Your team will utilize skills across functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing to drive vendor performance.You will focus on strategic and operational management of vendor relationships, root cause analysis of issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the vendor’s business with Amazon.A day in the life

Responsibilities Include:Lead a team of Vendor Consultants, prioritize strategic initiatives, and provide escalation support as needed.Measure success by team performance on input metrics and vendor impact on customer experience.Identify and advise on improvements to business input metrics that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.Manage end-to-end goal setting aligned with organizational objectives.Build relationships with stakeholders, develop joint business plans, and act as a point of escalation for issues.Define success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in a dynamic environment. Lead strategic planning.Lead recruiting and hiring efforts.Monitor stakeholder satisfaction, analyze feedback, and implement improvement plans.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with data analysis focusBachelor''s degreeExperience analyzing data and assessing performance driversExperience influencing stakeholdersExperience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce or similarPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
