Role DescriptionDay-to-day direct management of the capital side of the Reporting team, including objective setting and performance monitoring.Responsible for completing regulatory returns to the PRA and NAFR in line with requirements, supported by robust review processes.Quarterly Common Reporting (COREP) returns to the PRA covering Own Funds, Risk Weighted Assets, Large Exposures, and Leverage.Ownership of weekly, monthly, and quarterly capital returns to Head Office.Support the production of Annual Financial Statements, ICAAP, ILAAP, Pillar 3, and other governance documents through timely information provision for the year-end reporting cycle.Assist in preparing for new regulations via stakeholder involvement in projects and policy discussions.Promote integration within the Reporting team and manage staff rotations, Apprentice Levy, and Graduate schemes.Participate in the new product approval process to ensure capital and liquidity processes reflect new business activity accurately.Represent the function in key discussions with stakeholders across the Bank.Role RequirementsStrong academic background, educated to degree level.Qualified in CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.Experience supervising or managing a team.In-depth knowledge of PRA capital requirements for banks and investment firms, including RWAs and COREP returns.Detailed experience with PRA and Bank of England''s prudential and statistical reporting regimes and the COREP framework.Knowledge of financial instruments, particularly commodities and the trading book, is advantageous but not ..... full job details .....
