Bright Selection is delighted to represent a valued client in the recruitment of a Nursing Home Manager for their good rated home on the Suffolk Coast. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well performing and reputable home in the local are.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home for older people
- Clinical Qualification desirable but not essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Experienced in quality management systems
- Proven track record in managing good rated care homes
- Excellent communication skills including IT literacy
Responsibilities
- Management of a small/medum sized nursing home
- Line management of Heads of Department
- Reporting into Regional Manager
- Lead on quality and compliance
- Management of recruitment, induction and supervision of care and support team
- Sales, marketing and promotion of the home to local community
- Liaising and working with relevant stakeholders
Remuneration:
- Salary -(phone number removed) depending on experience
- Bonus scheme linked to KPIs
