Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants Supporting business development and identifying opportunities for growth Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and office development Ensuring compliance and consistently high levels of client service The Successful Candidate You will be: Proactive and organised A confident and effective communicator Forward-thinking and commercially aware Self-motivated and ambitious Qualifications and Experience: ACA or ACCA qualified Strong practice background with ideally 3+ years PQE Experience operating at Manager, Senior Manager, or equivalent level Proven ability to manage own workload and support team development Strong IT skills (Office 365, Sage, ..... full job details .....
