Key Responsibilities:

Leading day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Ensuring full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards.

What We''re Looking For:

Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations.

Exceptional marketing and networking skills.

Proven experience of mobilising new tenders.

Inspirational leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
