Edinburgh or Glasgow with a network of 20 offices nationally:Why Join KPMG as a Private Client Tax - AdvisoryWe are looking for a Manager to join FOandPC team in the North and Scotland region (based in Edinburgh or Glasgow).This is primarily an advisory role working with high net worth individuals (both UK and international tax issues) and entrepreneurial businesses and shareholder-owned companies.The TeamOur FOandPC team consists of 162 members across the UK, led by 5 Partners, 3 Associate Partners, and 12 Directors.We operate in five core service areas:Transactions and Entrepreneurial Shareholders;Ultra High Net Worth Individuals;International;Partnerships;Investigations and Enquiries.We work with high net worth individuals, including stakeholders in private businesses, executives of multinational firms, landed estates, and private equity members, across various jurisdictions. We also advise Trusts, Estates, and Partnerships.If you are a qualified tax adviser/accountant (ATT, CTA, or ACA/ACCA) with personal tax experience, we''d love to hear from you.What will you be doing?Delivering high-quality personal tax services to clients.Managing complex client portfolios and providing advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax, international tax, and identifying opportunities for tax planning.Providing innovative and bespoke tax solutions.Managing tax advisory projects, ensuring deadlines, risk management, and compliance.Overseeing work in progress, billing, and collections.Mentoring and developing junior staff.What will you need to do it?Qualified accountant or tax advisor with personal tax experience and a varied client base.Strong academic results and understanding of private client issues.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Ability to deliver bespoke tax solutions.Team player with initiative.Commitment to clients, colleagues, and KPMG.Analytical skills and a commercial approach.We offer flexible working options and a supportive environment to help achieve your career ambitions.To apply, create a profile, upload your CV, and start your journey with KPMG.Find out more:Tax at KPMG Tax and LawAbout our firmKPMG Culture.
