This role will bridge the gap between Partners and junior consultants, ensuring exceptional delivery standards while contributing to business growth.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy engagements for corporate and investor clients across life sciencesManage small, high-calibre teams on projects such as commercial due diligence, growth and portfolio strategy, pricing and market access, and post-merger integrationServe as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, delivering clear, actionable recommendationsMentor and develop junior consultants to enhance delivery quality and consulting capabilitySupport business development by contributing to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership initiativesRequired Experience

5–8 years’ total experience with at least 2–3 years in a strategy consulting environmentProven track record leading commercial due diligence and growth strategy projectsStrong exposure to life sciences sectors, which may include pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, diagnostics, or related fieldsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage effectively with senior stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsWhat This Firm Offers
