Manager - Low Voltage Switchgear Greater Manchester Monday-Friday 39.5 hours per week We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a specialist manufacturing site in the Greater Manchester area. The company specialises in Low Voltage Switchgear, and this is a key management position overseeing the effective running of the site across production, mechanical assembly, stock, inventory, warehouse and logistics. Key Areas of Experience We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong background in a manufacturing or engineering environment, with experience across: Leadership and Team Management - providing clear direction, managing performance and developing an effective team. Production and Assembly - strong experience within production environments, including mechanical assembly. Stock and Inventory - ensuring effective stock control, material availability and accurate inventory management. Warehouse and Logistics - overseeing the efficient movement, storage and distribution of materials and finished products. Production Scheduling - planning and managing production schedules to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met. Resource Allocation - effectively allocating labour, materials and resources to meet production demands. On-Time Delivery - ensuring production targets and customer delivery commitments are achieved.
