Manager - Financial Due Diligence (Financial Services) - Edinburgh The Opportunity EY''s UK Financial Services Financial Due Diligence team advises corporate, private equity and financial services clients on some of the market''s most significant transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and IPOs. Working across the Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance and Asset Management sectors, you will support clients through complex transactions by providing financial due diligence, financial analysis and commercial insight. You will work within integrated, multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to a broad range of high profile engagements. Key Responsibilities As a Manager within Financial Due Diligence, you will play a leading role in the delivery of financial due diligence engagements, supporting clients in assessing opportunities, risks and value drivers throughout the transaction process.
