Develop and manage risk and control processes specific to collections.Conduct compliance assessments and internal audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.Collaborate with the Collections team to embed risk management frameworks and improve processes.Provide training and guidance on compliance topics to staff.Identify, assess, and report on compliance risks; implement mitigation strategies.Prepare reports on compliance performance for senior stakeholders.Key Skills and Experience:

Experience in risk and compliance management within collections.Knowledge of relevant regulations (GDPR, PCI, Consumer Protection).At least 5 years in risk or compliance, with 3+ in a managerial role.Ability to lead, train, and influence teams.Experience in retail financial services sector.Strong analytical skills for compliance data evaluation.Our People and Culture:
