London, United Kingdom | Posted on 01/24/2025As the Manager of Corporate Partnerships at GIST Impact, you will drive the strategic development, execution, and growth of partnerships. Your role will focus on advancing our mission by scaling impactful partnerships with diverse organisations across consulting, technology and data platforms. Success in this position demands an in-depth understanding of the sustainability industry, ESG standards and regulations, and the sustainability tech ecosystem, coupled with demonstrated expertise in corporate partnerships, business development, and strategic go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Corporate Partnership Strategy, Development and Management: Lead the identification, design and growth of corporate partnerships, managing every stage from prospecting through contract negotiation, activation and growth. Cultivate deep, value-driven relationships with partners, navigating complex organizations to embed GIST Impact solutions within their GTM offerings and internal operations.

Corporate Client Support from partnerships to D2C channel: Ensure that corporate clients acquired through partnerships channels are delighted by their experience with GIST Impact and its partners, and are seamlessly supported by the GIST Impact customer success teams

Product and Solution Development: Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate client needs into product development and ensure that the voice of the partner is reflected in the final offerings. This is based on a close relationship with partners to ensure that their key needs, and general market intelligence, are shared as actionable feedback to the GIST Impact product team.

Industry Leadership and Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, reporting standards and frameworks (GRI, CSRD, CSDDD, IFRS, CDP), and future regulatory developments. Contribute to thought leadership by representing GIST Impact at events and contributing to thought leadership

Requirements

Corporate Partnerships and Business Development: Proven experience building and scaling corporate partnerships, especially in the sustainability, ESG, or tech sectors. Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and generate revenue growth through partnerships.

Strategic Market Insight and Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sustainability standards, regulatory and voluntary reporting, and impact metrics

Product Collaboration and Value Proposition Development: Experience working across product life cycles, translating client insights into compelling solutions. Familiarity with sustainability tech and data products is highly preferred.

Advanced Communication and Relationship Management: Skilled in managing complex, high-profile accounts with top-tier clients, conveying complex concepts through effective presentations, reports, and proposals.

Leadership and Team-Oriented Mindset: Track record of mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative culture, and achieving success through cross-functional alignment.

Minimum of 7 years in ESG, sustainability, or related industries, with a focus on corporate partnerships, business development, and account ..... full job details .....
