Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the Credit Union, including strategic planning, financial performance, governance, compliance, staff leadership and member services. Key Responsibilities Implement the Credit Union''s strategic plan and report regularly to the Board. Ensure effective governance, compliance, policies and internal controls. Lead and develop the management team and staff. Oversee day-to-day operations, including finance, lending, credit control, marketing, IT, risk management and compliance. Monitor industry developments and enhance services for members, including digital offerings. Maintain a strong member-focused culture and uphold Credit Union values. Represent the Credit Union with regulators, service providers and industry bodies.
