This is a key role in strengthening leadership and management capability, promoting the consistent application of HR policies and management responsibilities, and embedding the Group''s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion through effective management practice.You will lead the design and delivery of management development programmes for new and existing managers, including workshops, training sessions and leadership programmes covering areas such as performance management, communication, recruitment, change management and team leadership.
