Management Development and HR Training Manager

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Management Development and HR Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality management development and HR training programmes across the Group. This is a key role in strengthening leadership and management capability, promoting the consistent application of HR policies and management responsibilities, and embedding the Group''s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion through effective management practice.You will lead the design and delivery of management development programmes for new and existing managers, including workshops, training sessions and leadership programmes covering areas such as performance management, communication, recruitment, change management and team leadership. You will provide one-to-one coaching and guidance, working closely with managers and HR to identify development needs and deliver targeted interventions. You will also evaluate the effectiveness and impact of development programmes, using feedback, performance outcomes and impact assessments to drive continuous improvement.A key part of the role will be developing and delivering training and initiatives that embed equality, diversity and inclusion within HR processes and leadership and management practice.
