This Management Consultant - Technology MandA role supports complex transaction and transformation programmes across the deal life-cycle. The Management Consultant - Technology MandA will help clients maximise value through technology due diligence, integration and separation initiatives. Description Support delivery of Technology MandA engagements from due diligence through to execution Assist with technology integration and separation planning and implementation Analyse technology operating models, infrastructure, applications and digital capabilities Develop client presentations, reports and recommendations Work closely with senior stakeholders across transaction and transformation programmes Contribute to business development activities and proposal preparation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sectors and geographies Support programme governance, risk management and delivery excellence Profile The Successful Applicant Experience within consulting, advisory or industry-based ..... full job details .....
