They are seeking an agile, client-facing Management Consultant who is keen to build and accelerate their career within the UK Defence sector.The RoleThis position provides a unique hybrid focus, combining external client advisory and delivery with internal leadership exposure: Client Delivery andamp; Governance: Support the life cycle of major Defence and government programmes. Lead defined work packages, facilitate stakeholder workshops, run structured problem-solving, and deliver clear, decision-ready reports and briefings.Operational Systems andamp; Policies: Play a pivotal internal role helping establish and run the firm''s Integrated Management System (IMS), collaborating directly with senior leadership on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Defence Cyber standards.Business Development: Contribute to high-impact proposals, bids, and commercial development as the boutique consultancy scales.
