Projects typically start with a diagnostic and scale into larger, hands-on, cross-functional deployments that blend analytics, reporting, project management and software implementation. Work with clients to develop a deep insight into people, process, system and data to complete diagnostics and reporting.Develop strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients.Shape solutions, propose project plans and support cross-functional resources to deliver outcomes.Support deployments and development of our technical and software tools and solutions.Own your workstream and lead a team of analysts and consultants to deliver results.Attend and contribute to regular washups and knowledge shares with other consultants.Support a wide range of internal business improvement projects and initiatives (e.g., team building, events, CSR, diversity, pride, mental health, innovation labs, sports and music).Travel to on-site client locations as part of the role; local travel preferred and, if away, you will typically be home for Friday evenings. Regular Friday workshops at our London offices are part of our culture.Requirements
2-5 years of management consulting experience, including delivery of AGILE client-facing projects.A first-class or high 2.1 bachelor''s degree, master''s degree or PhD in any discipline (not necessarily STEM).Strong project and people management skills, capable of inspiring trust and confidence from clients and teammates.Excellent professional written and verbal communication; able to engage with manufacturing, technical and business contacts.Strong data skills; ability to present data-driven stories and solutions that stakeholders will buy into.A commitment to personal improvement and continuous professional development.Resilience to learn from mistakes and keep pushing forwards when plans change.Genuine curiosity and drive to make a difference for people and the planet.Benefits
