Finance Manager/Management AccountantLocation: Trowbridge, Wiltshire Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-FridayOur client are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and support the Head of Finance in driving improvements, controls and reporting.This is a hands-on, commercial role with real breadth - ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also contributing at a senior level.What you''ll be doing:Overseeing end-to-end finance operationsManaging and supporting an Accounts AssistantProducing monthly management accounts with clear commentary (for internal and external clients)Preparing accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entriesCompleting bank and balance sheet reconciliationsPreparing payment runs and VAT returns (in-house and client-based)Supporting budgeting, variance analysis and ad-hoc projectsProviding cover across the team when neededWhat we''re looking for:Strong all-round finance experience with excellent attention to detailExperience of producing end to end management accounts within an SME is essentialConfident communicator who enjoys working in a small teamOrganised, proactive and comfortable managing competing prioritiesSomeone keen to improve processes and add value beyond the numbersIn return, you''ll join a supportive environment with exposure to all areas of the business, the chance to grow with the role, and the opportunity to quickly establish yourself as a trusted member of the ..... full job details .....
