This is a varied, dual-purpose role combining management accounting with financial analysis, reporting and data interpretation across multiple business units. It would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail behind the numbers and using data to support better commercial and operational decisions. You’ll be responsible for preparing management accounts, commentary, KPIs and variance analysis, alongside margin and branch reporting. You’ll also support budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit activity. A key part of the role will involve analysing financial, sales, purchasing, stock and operational data, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and producing clear reports and dashboards for both finance and operational teams.
