MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT PE-BACKED TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS Worcestershire Hybrid - minimum 2 days in the office Up to £50,000 High autonomy FPandA exposure Direct reportWe Do Group are recruiting a Management Accountant for a fast-paced, private equity-backed technology business.This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant who wants to take real ownership of the numbers while gaining broader exposure across FPandA, senior leadership and people management.Reporting directly to the Head of FPandA, you''ll own the end-to-end management accounts process, work closely with the Finance Director and wider business, and manage and develop one team member.What will you be doing?Own the end-to-end production of monthly and consolidated management accountsProduce Board and Executive reporting packsDeliver insightful PandL, sales, customer and RandD reportingSupport budgeting and forecastingPartner with key stakeholders across the businessDrive improvements across reporting, processes, controls and automationManage, coach and develop one direct reportWhat are we looking for? Part-qualified, finalist or actively studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA Strong management accounting and month-end experience Advanced Excel skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience developing others, or the ambition to step into people management Proactive, hands-on and motivated by continuous improvement SaaS/technology experience would be advantageous but isn''t essentialIf ..... full job details .....
