The current post holder leaves late September so the plan would be to handover for 1 week. Required Experience: Prepare monthly management-accounts, including P&L, balance sheet-and cash-flow reporting. Produce budgets, forecasts-and variance analysis. Provide financial analysis-and commercial-insight to management. Maintain accurate ledgers-and perform balance-sheet reconciliations. Support month-end-and year-end-processes. Prepare financial reports-and KPI dashboards. Assist with audit, tax and statutory-reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to-improve financial controls-and processes. Work closely with-operational and senior-management teams. Ideally- AAT/ACCA/CIMA-qualified or part-qualified , with strong Excel-and accounting-system-experience. They will be interviewing over the next 2 weeks, via Teams.
