Management Accountant

I''m recruiting on behalf of a Manufacturing business in the Midlands, who are working through a fixed period of long term sick leave. The current post holder leaves late September so the plan would be to handover for 1 week. Required Experience: Prepare monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and cash-flow reporting. Produce budgets, forecasts and variance analysis. Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to management. Maintain accurate ledgers and perform balance-sheet reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end processes. Prepare financial reports and KPI dashboards. Assist with audit, tax and statutory reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and processes. Work closely with operational and senior management teams. Ideally AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified, with strong Excel and accounting-system experience.
