This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified accountant who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in supporting both operational and corporate finance activities.Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of key financial processes, contribute to strategic decision-making, and collaborate closely with teams across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial OperationsOversee and reconcile company card and float activity, ensuring accurate monitoring of spendMonitor expenditure across development projectsTake ownership of the month-end process, including journals and accrualsWork closely with an external bookkeeper to ensure accurate financial postingsReview bank reconciliations and prepare balance sheet reconciliationsManage accounting systems and oversee month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, responding to related queriesSupport statutory accounts preparation, liaising with auditors and resolving issuesAssist with royalty reporting and related queriesManage cash flow, including forecasting working capital requirementsAct as a business partner to production and development teamsHandle finance queries from internal teams ..... full job details .....
