Position: Management Accountant Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (Hybrid working available) Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm Experience: Management Accounts, Financial Reporting, VAT, Corporation Tax, CIS, Statutory Accounts, Audit, Payroll, Xero, Systems Implementation The Opportunity Thompson and Terry Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and privately owned business based in Witney, who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their close-knit finance team. This is a newly created position, to support the organisation''s continued growth. As Management Accountant, you will work closely with the Finance Director and finance team, taking responsibility for a number of companies within the group. The role offers plenty of variety and the chance to get involved in everything from management accounts through to process improvements. The successful Management Accountant will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, overseeing VAT, corporation tax and CIS requirements, supporting statutory accounts preparation and annual audits, assisting with payroll activities and undertaking company secretarial duties. You will also support transactional finance processes, cash management activities and play an active role in systems implementation and ongoing process improvement projects.
