Management Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive Management Accountant to join a well-established and growing international business that has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and services across multiple markets.You''ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking finance function on an interim basis, for 6-9 months.Key DutiesPreparation of monthly management accounts to tight deadlinesDetailed variance analysis with clear commentaryMaintenance of the fixed asset register and posting of depreciation journalsOwnership of accruals and prepayments processesBalance sheet reconciliations and investigation of discrepanciesMonthly cost centre reviews with budget holdersSupport with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cyclesAssist with audit processes and tax compliance requirementsContribute to business projects, including site relocationsProvide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-makingKey Experience RequiredProven ability to independently produce full monthly management accountsPart-qualified or fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Advanced Excel skillsExperience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous)High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage changing priorities and work flexiblyExperience supporting operational or site-based environments is beneficialOpen to travelling to other sites in the UK ..... full job details .....
