This will give the successful candidate exceptional exposure and experience - working for a talented modern-thinking FD. There''s lots to get stuck into for the professional £40m turnover group - overhaul and enhancement of existing controls and processes, streamlining, development of more commercially insightful MI and KPIs, business partnering leaders across the business, drilling into the PandL to influence decision making. It''s an ideal role for someone keen to equip themselves with the skills to swiftly progress into a head of finance / FD or perhaps FPandA role - very broad and involved position with autonomy but valuable mentoring. It''s a growing group with ambitious investors / board leaders. You will be someone who enjoys adding value and making an impact. Someone who will thrive in a setting where your ideas will be welcomed and you have the freedom to make positive change.
