Management Accountant / Finance Manager Mansfield £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experienceThe OpportunityAre you an Assistant Management Accountant / Management Accountant looking for a varied role within a growing private equity backed SME?Awesome role for a confident part qualified / finalist / newly qualified in an SME amid change and modernisation. You''ll have an excellent mentor in the current FD - a manager who will hugely impact your development and future career opportunities. This is an agile and ambitious business (currently £25m turnover). You will be the "number 2 in finance" - supporting a modern thinking Finance Director in overhauling all existing controls, reporting and management information. It''s chance to be part of a journey of growth and investment (and you will gain useful exposure to a PE cycle and everything that comes with it!).The business is profitable and trading well, they have an ambitious leadership team and you will be part of projects designed to improve the level and depth of the commercial reporting and MI / insights which guide decision making. You''ll manage a small team and present detailed management accounts to the FD.
