Management AccountantSalary: 50k- 60k based on expBased near Weybridge, SurreyHybrid- 3 days in office / 2 days WFHFull-Time PermanentA growing business is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.This is a hands-on role with responsibility for management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and business insight, working closely with senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts, board packs, and KPI reporting.Deliver variance analysis and commercial insights.Manage forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and financial modelling.Monitor working capital, credit control, and cash performance.Support VAT returns, audits, and statutory reporting.Improve financial controls, reporting processes, and system efficiency.Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities.About YouEssentialACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.Experience producing management accounts.Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling skills.Knowledge of audit and statutory reporting requirements.Excellent communication and analytical skills.DesirableExposure to finance, CRM, and operational systems.Experience improving cash flow and working capital.Background within a growing or scaling business.What''s on Offer?Broad, commercially focused finance role.Close interaction with senior leadership.Opportunity to influence business performance and growth.Supportive ..... full job details .....
