Management Accountant Poole Up to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits Office-BasedWe''re working with a well-established and growing organisation in Poole to recruit a Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led business within a rewarding sector, offering long-term stability, career development, and the chance to play a key role in supporting financial performance across a multi-entity group.The RoleAs Management Accountant, you''ll be a key member of the finance team, responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end processes, and providing insight to support business decision-making.This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the finance function, working closely with stakeholders across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the wider finance team to ensure delivery of team objectives and deadlines Maintain accurate and timely financial transactions within the accounting system Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities, including: Ledger close processes Posting journals, accruals, and prepayments Maintaining fixed asset registers Balance sheet reconciliations Supporting schedules and reporting Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial and regulatory reporting ..... full job details .....
