Management Accountant

Overview Highly successful and expanding SME Manufacturing company require ACCA/CIMA part or fully qualified Management Accountant for a challenging role based at well situated offices in Staines upon Thames About the Management Accountant Reporting to the Finance Director the Management Accountant will provide month-end management accounting and conduct an analysis of key budget variances. Key duties include: Processing accounts payable invoices and ensuring prompt payment of supplier payments and employee expenses Responsible for accounts receivable and ensuring the collection of outstanding customer invoices Quarterly VAT returns Posting accruals and prepayments Performing financial analysis; including margin analysis and cost analysis Monthly management accounting including variance analysis and KPIs Financial reporting for management review Processing all banking transactions and monthly bank reconciliations Monitoring and investigation of production variances Inventory accounting including accurate stock count and valuation Assist in internal and external audits About you The Management Accountant will be ACCA or CIMA part or fully qualified and have a proven track record working within an SME environment Previous experience within the manufacturing sector would be advantageous Applicants will have experience working with an accounting or ERP system and good Excel skills What''s on offer for the Management Accountant position Annual Bonus On-site parking 25 ..... full job details .....
