      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | SF Partners are recruiting a Management Accountant to join a growing organisation following a recent acquisition.  This is a broad role combining management accounting, financial accounting and business partnering. You’ll take ownership of the numbers for a business unit while working closely with operational teams to understand performance and provide meaningful financial insight.   The role:   • Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting • Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and support audit requirements • Partner with operational teams around costs, budgets and revenue • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner and FD with budgets and forecasts • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing clear insight to the wider business • Produce ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making • Support improvements to financial processes, reporting and controls • Provide wider support to the senior finance team as required   About you:   We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience preparing management accounts, with particularly strong balance sheet and reconciliation experience.
