Management Accountant Looking for a finance role where you can influence business decisions, partner with operational leaders and help drive performance? We''re looking for a Management Accountant (Specialist, Business Finance Commercial) to join our business in Plymouth. This is a highly visible role where you''ll work closely with operations, production and finance teams to provide key insights into business performance, costs and profitability. You''ll play a key role in supporting operational decision-making, improving reporting and helping deliver productivity and cost-reduction initiatives across the site. What will you do? Prepare monthly management accounts and analyse production costs and variances. Own and lead the annual standard cost build process. Develop and maintain cost accounting processes, including supporting new product costing activities. Create and enhance management reporting and KPIs that provide greater visibility of business performance. Partner with operational teams to identify, implement and track productivity improvement projects. Support capital investment appraisals and business cases. Contribute to quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting activities. Collaborate with colleagues across finance and operations on business improvement projects.
