Management Accountant

Exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a growing international business at a key point of transformation. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you''ll take ownership of month-end reporting while providing insight across margin, inventory, working capital and performance. With a finance restructure underway and further growth anticipated, this is a role offering genuine visibility, responsibility and development potential. What you''ll do Own the month-end process, including management accounts, PandL, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting. Provide meaningful commentary on performance, variances, costs and margins. Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly business reviews. Monitor working capital and cash flow. Maintain strong financial controls and reconciliations, supporting audit and compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, systems and reporting. Work closely with the Financial Controller and wider business to turn financial data into actionable insight. What you''ll bring Newly qualified or finalist-level CIMA, ACCA or ACA. At least 2 years'' experience in management accounting, financial analysis or financial control. A commercially minded approach, with the confidence to question numbers and understand the drivers behind performance. Strong analytical skills.
