This role offers full ownership of the UK Consulting entity''s finance function, delivering high-quality management accounts and providing meaningful commercial insight across a diverse portfolio.Working closely with operational teams, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership, you will play a key role in supporting decision-making, improving financial performance, and strengthening financial controls. This position is ideal for a qualified accountant who enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced, project-based environment and values collaboration and continuous improvement. The organisation is open to considering first-time movers from practice who are keen to transition into a commercial, industry-facing role.Key ResponsibilitiesFull preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet, and cashflowDetailed gross margin, project, and overhead analysis with clear commentary against budget and forecastActing as a key finance business partner to operational and commercial teamsOwnership of balance sheet reconciliations, including project balances and invoice discountingSupporting budgeting and forecasting cyclesPreparing statutory accounts working papers and liaising with ..... full job details .....
