The company is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who can play a key role in supporting financial reporting, improving processes, and providing valuable insight to aid decision-making across the business.The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with strong management accounting experience and the confidence to work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accountsLeading the month-end close processPosting and reviewing journals, accruals and prepaymentsCompleting balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controlsProducing detailed variance analysis with meaningful commentarySupporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planningPreparing and analysing KPI reports to support business performanceBusiness partnering with budget holders and operational stakeholdersAssisting with year-end accounts and audit preparationSupporting continuous improvement across finance processes and ..... full job details .....
