Management Accountant

This role would suit someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, partnering with operational teams, and understanding the commercial story behind the numbers.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Preparing and reviewing management accounts across multiple entities prior to consolidationSupporting financial reporting, analysis, and compliance activitiesBusiness partnering with stakeholders outside of finance to provide meaningful financial insightCollaborating with transactional finance teams to improve processes and reconciliationsManaging cash flow forecasting and VAT returnsMentoring and supporting junior members of the finance teamContributing towards continuous improvement across finance processes and reportingAbout YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:Previous experience within a Management Accountant positionStrong financial reporting and analytical skillsExperience working within a fast-paced commercial environmentA recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA proactive and relationship-driven approachLeadership qualities with experience supporting or mentoring junior team ..... full job details .....
