Management Accountant

Robert Half are excited to announce and excluisve opportunity which has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing and highly successful South Wales business. Having expanded significantly in recent years, the organisation continues to invest in its finance function and is now looking to strengthen the team with the addition of a newly created role. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior finance leadership, supporting financial control, management reporting, cashflow forecasting, and business performance analysis. The Opportunity Initially, the role will have a strong focus on management accounting and financial control, with scope to evolve into a broader commercial finance and business partnering position as the organisation continues its growth journey. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs. Balance sheet reconciliations and financial control activities. Fixed asset register management. Hire purchase accounting. Payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations. Weekly cashflow forecasting and reporting. WIP reporting and analysis. Variance analysis and commentary. Board pack preparation. Overhead allocations and group recharges. Working closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
