Management Accountant

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with an Investment firm in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, Qualified interim Management Accountant for 3 months. Role: Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Qualified interim Management Accountant to join their finance team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting our client with the following duties: Own an efficient and accurate month-end close process, including timely preparation of manual journals (accruals, prepayments, cross-charges and other adjustments) Maintain the integrity of entity balance sheets through monthly reconciliations in line with the month-end timetable Prepare monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis and clear written commentary for senior stakeholders Support cash management through cash flow forecasting, funding requests, and day to day banking and treasury administration, including initiating payments and bank account oversight Assist with interim audit Provide ongoing commercial support to the business, acting as a proactive finance partner to key stakeholders across functions Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting processes, with a particular focus on leveraging AI, automation and ERP functionality to streamline the month-end close and reduce manual intervention Identify and implement process efficiencies across the finance function, utilising technology to improve data quality and output timeliness Maintain effective ..... full job details .....
