Management Accountant

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting business performance through accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support informed decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, providing clear insights into business performance. Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts, including variance analysis and performance monitoring against financial targets. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining business objectives. Provide financial guidance and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Support the continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support effective financial management and reporting.
